I started The ChefJohnReed Bakery in 2022 with a focus on creating the best possible pastries completely from scratch, while also bringing to the table some pastries and desserts that you just cant find here in the US. As a UK native, I grew up on Welsh cakes and British desserts. I want to bring a little bit of my British roots to my home here in Tennessee.
I now stream my bakery production a few days a week so you can watch and learn how the pastries are made.
My goal is to share my passion, love, and attention to detail through the amazing pastries I have learned and perfected over the last 20 years as a professional pastry chef. My offerings will include a mix of British & US pastries and with a few personal twists that I feel make them sing. My baked goods consist of Welsh cakes (Six different flavours), sticky toffee pudding cake truffles, white chocolate & Cranberry Oat bars, and many other things.
