Looking for info on our Twitch-streamed wedding? It's all here!
Brandy & Ashton are getting hitched on May 15, 2020 - their 10th anniversary as a couple. Because of COVID-19, we were unable to gather our friends and family in person. Thanks to the efforts of the OC Recorder's Office, we were able to obtain our marriage license and perform our ceremony safely at home. We're streaming the event to share our special day with friends and family alike!
All times listed in Pacific Standard 3:30 - 4: 00 PM -- Setup 4:00 - 4:15 PM -- Vows 4:15 - 6:00 PM -- Digital Reception/Beer Share
We're asking that friends and family first and foremost take care of themselves during this global pandemic.
If you're so inclined that provide us a gift today, you can do so in a number of ways. Twitch subscriptions, bits, and donations will all be going toward our Honeymoon fund (which will eventually be to travel to our friends and family we'll be missing out on seeing on our wedding day). However, a portion of anything donated through these methods will be going to Team Rubicon to help with the COVID-19 relief efforts.
If you want to send us a gift directly, you can also visit our Registry on The Knot. Anything here is a nice-to-have, but nothing is a dire need. We're doing well, all things considered, and simply grateful for your presence on our special day!
Looking to stream? Dayntee uses streamlabs OBS to produce her content, which offers a slick, WYSIWYG interface, donation/subscription/monetary management assistance, easy Twitch extension integration, and so much more!
Whether you're an expert or a beginner, it's a great place to start—especially since it's free!
Donations are now open! This is an optional way to support me outside of bits or subscriptions.
Remember, though, that followers and subs help me even more! This will help me reach those goals to getting partnered with Twitch, making it easier for our community to grow and for me to spend more time with you guys.
Note: For the duration of the May 15, 2020 Wedding stream, a portion of all donations received will be donated to Team Rubicon to support their COVID-19 Relief efforts.
Q: What's your current stream schedule?
A: I no longer have a reliable schedule. Streaming is a hobby for me, so while I try to stream when I can, I prioritize things like the gym or self-care over hopping on. I'm in the middle of a major life transition between getting married and relocating to Washington for my new job, so streams will be few and far between while I get settled into my new space. Watch my Twitter or the channel feed for news!
Q: Do you have any chat commands?
A: You can see a list of commands by typing !commands.
Q: Can I ask you X about Y game you work on?
A: In short? Not right now. The streaming you see here is "off the clock," and I prefer to keep my hobbies and work separate entities. While those interests overlap, I ask that you respect this decision. :) I'm no longer an employee at Blizzard Entertainment, but many of the "juicy" questions are still covered by my work release NDA. Similarly, as a Wizards of the Coast employee, I won't be commenting on work business while I'm streaming here.
Q: Do you accept donations?
A: I do! While donations are not necessary, I accept donations and use them for things like giveaways or new streaming equipment. Click here if you want to throw money in my general direction.
Q: Where else can I find you on the interwebs?
A: A few places! Twitter, Instagram, and my blog are the biggest, though I'm pretty awful about updating my blog. I keep my Facebook private (close friends/family only) and LinkedIn is reserved for those whom I have an active or past work relationship.
I'll add additional questions as they become common. Thanks!
