My name is Ryan. I'm a 23 year old graduate from the University of Oregon. I have a degree in Accounting with a minor in Computer Information and Technology. I have worked an accounting and finance internship at a large manufacturing company, which has set me up for a great job after college.

Broken rules will usually first be given a warning, THEN a 10 minute timeout, then finally a permanent ban. This depends on the offense. All moderators are at full discretion to issue a ban with no warning at all.
