in-between you rounds of pubg , fortnite , lol , cod...ect… you will complete a random exercise such as situp variations, pushups, jumping jacks, squats, curls, running in place,. any of the random exercises. as long as it gets your blood flowing like your running from the zone, so after you die or the match is over, simply add up your kills and deaths and assists- then that's the number you have to do. so example, you get 10 kills died 15 times, and got no assists. you would do 25- pushups-or situps or whatever you choose. I would not recommend doing the same thing over and over again because you want to get your whole body involved- and you don't want to be so sore the next day that you cant participate.
