I've been building a stream gym in my basement, here's the current equipment.
Some times I workout more often then others.

Can I add you on steam?
Sure! Type !steamid in chat to get my steam information. Steam has a limit so you might be adding my smurf now PogChamp
Can I join you in a game of dota?
On Viewer Day! Usually on Sundays I will open an in chat queue. When the queue is open type !join to enter.
Do you take supplements?
No. I'm not against them I just personally don't.
Workout Strategy?
5-6 exercises @ 3 sets of 8 reps. If you can complete all three sets at 8 reps it's time to increase the weight.
Routine?
I switch mine up. Sometimes I do a couple weeks with a chest/tri day, back/bi day, shoulder/ab day, leg day. Other times I do one exercise of each muscle group every gym day.
Diet
I don't have one. If you're looking to lose weight: Eat less and do more. I hate to make it that simple because there is a world of knowledge behind this subject but self control over your food intake and working out hard are the best ways to achieve your goals.
